What this membership enables
XR Ireland, Nuwa's sister brand, has been officially accepted as a member of the VR/AR Industrial Coalition, the European Commission's platform for structured dialogue between the VR/AR ecosystem and EU policymakers. Through the Coalition, XR Ireland gains direct participation in structured dialogue with EU policymakers, connection to European XR strategy and standards discussions, engagement with Coalition members from content, technology, and innovation sectors, and alignment with emerging European priorities for immersive technologies.
What Nuwa brings
As a Coalition member, XR Ireland contributes operational insights from immersive platform deployment across humanitarian, cultural, and industrial sectors, validated use cases demonstrating VR/AR applications in training and emergency preparedness, input on skills development needs based on field deployment experience, and cross-sectoral perspectives bridging technology development with public sector adoption. Our practical experience in these areas enables us to contribute meaningfully to European policy discussions.
