"Minimise the time and technical expertise required to design crisis management training simulations when preparing emergency response teams for deployment"

SimexBuilder is a cloud-based simulation design and orchestration platform for creating immersive training scenarios for disaster risk reduction, humanitarian response, and crisis management. It enables organisations to design, deploy, and analyse complex multi-stakeholder exercises without requiring game development expertise or specialised infrastructure.

Validated use cases across critical sectors

Humanitarian disaster response training

Multi-agency coordination exercises for earthquake, flood, and conflict scenarios. Enables realistic training for field coordinators, logistics officers, and assessment teams in simulated crisis environments.

Humanitarian Operations

Civil protection and emergency services

Incident command system training, inter-agency coordination, and public safety scenarios. Used by fire services, police, and emergency medical services for tabletop and immersive exercises.

Civil Protection

Industrial emergency preparedness

Plant evacuation, hazardous material incidents, and business continuity scenarios for regulated industries requiring demonstrable preparedness and compliance validation.

Manufacturing

Platform capabilities

No-code scenario designer

Visual interface for creating branching scenarios, defining actors, objectives, and evaluation criteria without programming expertise.

Multi-modal delivery

Deploy scenarios as tabletop exercises, desktop simulations, or immersive XR experiences from a single scenario definition.

Real-time orchestration

Control exercise flow, inject injects, monitor participant actions, and adjust scenario difficulty dynamically during live exercises.

Automated evaluation and analytics

Capture decision points, response times, and protocol adherence. Generate compliance reports and learning analytics automatically.

Measurable outcomes

67% reduction in scenario development time

Compared to traditional manual scenario authoring and technical implementation

3x increase in exercise frequency

Organisations able to conduct more frequent training with same resource allocation

89% participant readiness improvement

Measured through pre/post exercise assessments and protocol adherence metrics

Compliance and standards

ISO 22398:2013

Guidelines for exercises and testing of preparedness for incident response

Sendai Framework

Disaster risk reduction and preparedness validation for humanitarian contexts

GDPR Article 9 compliance

Secure handling of exercise data including simulated personal information

Validation Evidence
